Press Release

As Travel Costs Rise, Liberta Voyages Takes the Opposite Direction and Reduces Omra Prices Tunis, September 2026 — As part of its commitment to supporting demand for Omra and making access to the Holy Places easier for as many Tunisians as possible, Liberta Voyages & Tourism has announced a downward revision of the prices of several Omra programs, despite rising costs across several components of the travel experience. At a time when the market is experiencing higher costs for transportation, accommodation and related services, Liberta Voyages has chosen to move in the opposite direction by absorbing part of these increases, reviewing its cost structure and working closely with its partners to achieve more competitive pricing. Mr. Wissam Ben Amer, owner of Liberta Voyages & Tourism, explained that the decision reflects the company’s commitment to ensuring that travelers do not bear the full impact of rising costs. “At a time when costs are increasing, we decided at Liberta to move in the opposite direction. We chose to reduce our prices by giving up part of our profit margin, while working to increase our sales volumes, as well as reviewing the programming of certain departures and reducing the number of nights in selected packages.” He added: “We believe that rising costs should not always result in higher prices. A company can absorb part of these increases while working to optimize costs with its strategic partners — from Saudia to hotels and ground service providers — while improving efficiency and increasing sales volumes. Ultimately, we want Liberta travelers to benefit directly from these efforts.” Mr. Wissam Ben Amer also emphasized that the price reductions will not come at the expense of service quality or the core Omra experience. The company will continue to improve its programs, diversify its offers and leverage its negotiating strength, partner network and digital solutions to achieve the best possible balance between price, quality and value. Lower Margins… Higher Volume The strategy is based on a clear and simple equation: Lower profit margins + higher sales volume + optimized partner costs + more efficient programs = more competitive Omra prices The review also includes reassessing certain programs and stay durations, allowing Liberta to offer a wider range of options suited to the different needs and budgets of its travelers, while maintaining the level of service and value delivered. For Liberta Voyages, this initiative is aligned with its philosophy of making Omra accessible to a greater number of Tunisians, particularly in a context of rising transportation and accommodation costs for high-end hotels located close to the Two Holy Mosques — services that Liberta remains committed to providing to its travelers. In this context, Mr. Wissam Ben Amer reaffirmed the company’s commitment to finding practical solutions that enable it to offer better prices without compromising the quality of the experience. “Liberta does not want to be part of the wave of rising prices; we want to be part of the solution. Whenever costs increase, we will continue to look for opportunities to reduce prices without compromising the value of the experience we provide to our travelers.” LIBERTA VOYAGES & TOURISM Towards a closer Omra… and greater value.

Official Communiqué Regarding Access Authorizations to Rawda Ash-Sharifa

Dear pilgrims, Due to the limited issuance of permits for Rawdah Al-Sharifah group visits — especially during peak seasons and holidays — and in the interest of clarity and transparency, we would like to inform our esteemed guests of the following: Given the heavy crowds in Madinah, particularly during the months of Rajab, Sha‘ban, and Ramadan, available time slots to enter Rawdah Al-Sharifah are very limited and extremely rare. Please note that access to Rawdah Al-Sharifah is exclusively regulated and managed by the official Saudi authorities, and no party can guarantee entry outside this official framework. 📱 Alternative booking method if group permits are not granted (despite the issuance of the Umrah visa, which normally grants priority): Download the Nusuk application Create a personal account Select an available and suitable time slot Issue the permit independently Our Liberta support team remains fully committed to providing technical assistance and guidance throughout the process. The application is user-friendly, and appointment slots are released based on availability and capacity. Opportunities for “instant access” slots are generally higher every hour on the hour and every 20 minutes, especially for pilgrims located near the Prophet’s Mosque courtyard. ⏰ Indicative instant access time slots: For men: From 9:00 AM until before the Isha prayer From 1:00 AM until before Fajr prayer For women: From 4:00 AM to 10:30 AM From one hour before Isha prayer until 1:00 AM ⚠️ These times are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. The only official and reliable reference is the Nusuk application. From a religious awareness perspective, it is important to note that there is no authenticated evidence of a specific reward for praying inside Rawdah. Therefore, there is no need for anxiety, stress, loss of serenity, or harm to oneself or others if access is not granted. We ask Allah to accept your Umrah, reward your intentions, and grant you goodness in all circumstances. Please be assured that we strive to offer guidance, assistance, and support to the best of our ability, without any commitment or guarantee beyond official availability. May Allah grant you an accepted Umrah and a blessed visit 🤲 (For awareness and clarification purposes) Media & Communication Department
